Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, altogether 200 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the two motorcycles. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6554 of 2025(2) dt.03-03-2025 2/2 bail and submits alleged recovery of 100 liters illicit liquor was made from a motorcycle of the petitioner. 6.
