By order dated 07.02.2025, this court has appointed Mr. Justice Shashi Kant Gupta (Retired), Former Judge of this Court, to act as sole arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. Office was directed to obtain his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act. 2. The record reveals that Mr. Justice Shashi Kant Gupta (Retired) has given his consent to act as sole arbitrator by letter dated 21.02.2025. Accordingly, the parties are permitted to approach the arbitrator, namely Mr. Justice Shashi Kant Gupta (Retired), for settlement of disputes between them. 3.
