Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with in its true sense inasmuch as the order passed is not quite in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that as would be evident from the compliance report that the order dated 16.06.2025 passed by this Court in WPA 243 of 2025 has 2 been duly complied with. The respondent authorities have considered the petitioner’s application praying for electricity connection and disposed of the same in accordance with law. It appears that the alleged contemnors have complied with the directions passed by this Court by considering the petitioner’s prayer. Thus, no further order need be passed in this regard. However, if any fresh cause of action arises, it would obviously be open to the petitioner to take up the issue before the appropriate forum. With these observations, the contempt application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
