The present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime/FIR No. Case Crime No.521/2024, Under Section-309(6),74 BNS Police Station- Gomti Nagar, District- Lucknow. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. A supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. Perused the record. A perusal of the record shows that the applicant has a long and chequered criminal history involving 14 cases. The nature of the offence alleged in the present FIR appears to be similar to the other criminal cases pending against the applicant at different police stations across District Lucknow. Three persons have already been arrested by the police in connection with the case. The offence is punishable with life imprisonment, and it does not appear to be a case of false implication. In view of the above, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. Order Date :- 15.7.2025 R.C.
