Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ashwani Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners stating that against the action of the respondent bank, the petitioners have approached the DRT by filing Securitization Application No. 63 of 2024. 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioners that when the threats for taking possession were being issued, an application was filed for urgency, however an order came to be passed on 21.03.2025 fixing the matter on 27.03.2025, subsequently when threats aggravated, the petitioners moved an application for interim relief and urgent hearing, in which, an order was passed by DRT on 09.04.2025 fixing 17.04.2025 and on 1704.2025, the matter was listed on 29.05.2025. 4. The contention of the counsel for the petitioners is that on the one hand, dates are being fixed and on the other hand, the respondents are threatening to take possession in pursuance to the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. 5. Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed of directing the DRT to pass order positively on the interim relief application, which is fixed for 29.05.2025. Till 29.05.2025, or till the decision on the IR application, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
