Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2. 2. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to sanction the benefits of 3rd ACP in grade pay of Rs.8700/- w.e.f. 20.3.2015 along with arrears to the petitioner in view of the Government Order dated 5.11.2014 and 3.3.2015. He also seeks direction to the opposite parties to revise the post retiral dues of the petitioner and pay its arrears. 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice in case respondent no.1 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. 5. Perused the record. 6. Considering the above and without entering into merit of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.1 within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.1 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
