This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:-
“i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner as Peon in the Government Degree College Indora, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh since the petitioner because the petitioner has completed about 10 year service in capacity of PTA appointed Peon till the date. ii) That the respondents may kindly be grant-in-Aid
directed to grant benefit of seniority, arrears of pay scale and other consequential benefits to the petitioner because petitioner has already become eligible for regularization since many years back as per the applicable policy of Government of Himachal Pradesh for regularization. iii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to grant salary/remuneration as per UGC pay scale/norms regarding Peon to the petitioner since the time of her appointment as a Peon, and arrears of salary as per the UGC norms from the date of appointment of petitioner may also awarded in favour of petitioner.”

Confronted with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh after incorporating the necessary pleadings and enclosing the requisite documents.

Prayer is accepted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
