GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN WRIT PETITION NO: 8613/2025 ORDER:- The present Writ petition is filed for following relief: “....to issue the Writ, order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.4 who has failed to consider the explanation, dated 07.08.2024 of the petitioner, to the proceedings of the Respondent No.4, bearing Proceedings No. K1/375/FAs/2024, dated 29.07.2024, by temporarily kept out the petitioner from contractual employment as Field Assistant at Kotamangapuram Gram Panchayat of K.V.B Puram Mandal, Tirupati District, without following due procedure of law as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural Justice and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondent authorities to drop the proceedings against the petitioner by allowing the petitioner for work as Field Assistant for Kotamangapuram Gram Panchayat of K.V.B.Puram Mandal, Tirupati District...” 2. Heard Sri V.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No.1, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 and Smt B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned counsel for the 5th respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuant to the temporary suspension order-cum-show cause notice dated 29.07.2024 issued by the 4th respondent, the petitioner submitted his explanation dated 07.08.2024. However, the enquiry has not been concluded so far. 4. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 placed on record the final orders dated 06.09.2024 3 passed by the 4th respondent, by which the petitioner came to be removed from the service. Copy of the said order is passed to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the final orders are passed, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal challenging the aforesaid order. No costs.
