The present petition has been filed for the following relief: " (i) To issue an order and set aside the impugned order dated 05.12.2024 passed by the learned court of Civil Judge (S.D), Lucknow in regular suit no.3487/2024 title as Rehan-ur-Rahman & another Vs. Atul Kumar Jain & another contained as Annexure no.1. to this petition. (ii) To issue an order directing to the learned trial court of Additional Civil Judge (S.D), Court No.20, Lucknow to decide the application C-6 & C-21 of Regular Suit No.3487/2024 pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (S.D), Court No.20, Lucknow contained as Annexure no.3 & 12 respectively to this petition expeditiously/ on the date fixed, within time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner presses only prayer No.2. 4. Considering the fact that application for recall is pending, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the application C-6, C-21 with all expedition, preferably within three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
