The present Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.377 of 2024, registered at Police Station Vikasnagar, District Dehradun. 2. Heard Mr. Pawan Mishra, learned counsel for applicants, Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned AGA for the State and Mr. Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant/ victim. 2025:UHC:1676 2 3. As per the FIR, co-accused Lakhan Singh has transferred the land in favour of the informant against the provisions of the Uttarakhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 (as applicable in the State of Uttarakhand). 4. Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, AGA for the State submitted on instruction that the applicants, namely, Istaq and Abdul Qadir are wanted for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 120B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and the investigating officer is not going to arrest the applicants at this stage. 5. After the said submissions of Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned AGA, Mr. Pawan Mishra, Advocate, has requested to dispose of the present Anticipatory Bail Application. 6.
