State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., and rejected the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. 2. However, petitioner may challenge consideration order by way of appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, if so desired. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3.
