The present contempt application has been filed for the alleged non-compliance of order dated 03.10.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Special Appeal Defective No.870 of 2023 "Mohd. Abbas Jafari Vs. State of U.P. and others". 3. Sri Rishabh Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent has filed affidavit of compliance duly sworn by Sri Shubham Shukla, District Basic Education Officer, Balrampur, which is taken on record. He submits that pursuant to the direction issued by this court, decision has already been taken by the respondent vide order dated 29.04.2025 and all the due amount has been credited in the account of applicant. The copy of the order dated 29.04.2024 has been annexed along with the compliance affidavit as Annexure No. CA-1. He therefore submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent authority. 4. Considering the contents of the order of writ Court as well as the contents of the compliance affidavit, this Court is of the view that since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent authority therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy. 5.
