Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to provide the duty to the petitioner on the post of PRD (Prantiya Rakshak Dal) and pay him honorarium as is being paid to the other members of the Prantiya Rakshak Dal." 3. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could suffice, if the respondent no.4 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objections to the prayer. 5. In view of the above, without entering into the merit, the petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the respondent no.4, who shall consider and decide the same within a further period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
