It has been submitted by the counsel appearing for the applicant that the applicant was not associated with day to day proceedings of the trial and, therefore, she was not aware about the date of final judgment passed in favour of respondent No. 1, whereby, he has been acquitted. Further case of the applicant is that in view of status of family of the applicant, she was not able to engage a counsel independently and, therefore, she has requested for appointment of Legal Aid Counsel vide letter dated 27.03.2025 and thereafter Legal Aid Counsel was provided to her. In aforesaid circumstances, appeal against acquittal has been prepared and has been filed alongwith this application. ...2...
