Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 26.11.2022, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed in exercise of powers conferred by UP Regulation of Building Operations Act, 1958. 3. Considering the fact that a revision is prescribed under Section 15-A of the said Act, the present petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer a revision before the appropriate authority. The petitioner would also be entitled to move an interim application. In case, the revision is filed within a period of two weeks from today along with an interim application, the same shall be treated to be within time and shall be decided on merits. The interim application shall be positively disposed of within a period of two weeks of it being filed. 4. Till the disposal of the interim application, no exercise for demolition shall take place in pursuance of the orders impugned. 5. In case, no revision is filed within a period of two weeks, this order shall automatically come to an end.
