Kabita Deka, the District Elementary Education Officer-cum-Deputy Inspector of Schools (i/c), Dhemaji as respondent Nos. 6 & 7. 2. The learned counsel submits that in terms of the last Court’s Order, the petitioner has served notice to the 2 (two) persons notifying about the Court’s Page No.# 3/3 Order vide covering letter dated 27.06.2025. The learned counsel submits that impleadment of the 2 (two) persons are necessary for effective compliance of this Court’s Order. 3. Mr. P. K.
