Proprietor Sri Tarun Kumar Agrawal Respondent :- State Election Commissioner, State Election Commisssion Distt. Lko And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- M.P. Raju Counsel for Respondent :- Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary,C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. The petitioner claims certain dues for the work performed by it for the opposite party no. 1 and its officials sometimes in 2015. We are now in 2025. Based on some information provided to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act on 11.02.2025, it is claimed that the dues are admitted, however, on being confronted, Shri Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, learned Counsel for the opposite party no. 1 says that the dues are in fact not admitted. In any case, considering the lapse of time, and if a suit were to be filed, the limitation would ordinarily be three years, we do not see any reason to entertain this writ petition. If the petitioner has a cause, he can always raise it before the authorities concerned. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
