In light of this development, as prayed for, these proceedings are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh on the cause agitated in the present petition as well as the order passed by Secretary (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, dated 03.01.2026. 3.
