It is alleged that the said opposite parties no. 5 & 6 are again interfering in the possession of the petitioners. Let the petitioners approach the Sub-Divisional Officer, Haiderganj, District - Barabanki, who shall get the facts enquired as to whether the order dated 13.03.2023 has attained finality between the parties; if so, whether the opposite parties no. 5 & 6 are interfering in the possession of the petitioners; whether the petitioners are entitled to be put back in possession; is there any legal impediment, if not, then he shall do the needful as per law after getting the facts verified. At this stage, it is informed that proceedings under Section 66 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for cancellation of the residential patta granted to the petitioners in 2007 has been initiated by certain third parties, which is pending. The S.D.O. shall get the facts verified as to whether there is any order in the said proceedings which may have a bearing on the aforesaid exercise to be undertaken by the petitioners. Needless to say that he shall hear the opposite parties no. 5 and 6 before taking any such decision. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
