The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a direction to the learned Commercial Court No II to decide and execute the decree/ settlement award dated 29.07.2022 (based on settlement dated 06.07.2022 between the parties for which Execution Case No. 605/2023 (Sanjeev Kumar Yadav and another vs Arnav Enterprises) is pending since 2023, within a time frame which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the execution case no.605 of 2023 and execute the decree dated 29.07.2022 expeditiously within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
