This appeal has been filed against an ad interim order dated 16 January 2025 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court, Saket) granting an ex parte ad interim injunction in CS (COMM) 15/2025. The impugned order has been passed more than two months prior today. 3. We also request the learned Commercial Courts to pass orders on the said application as expeditiously as possible preferably within two weeks thereof. 6.
