Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Kunda, Pratapgarh to consider and decide the suit for mandatory injunction O.S. No. 305 of 2014 "Jwala Devi Trust Bhagwan Vishwakarma Mandir Manikpur through Ramsant Vishwakarma Versus Beni Madhav Yadav and Sadhu and others" filed by petitioner, pending before him since 05.05.2014, expeditiously within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2014, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
