The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "A writ, order or direction 111 the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no 2 to 3 to remove illegal encroachment over the land Gata No 433, area-0.01010 Hectare, Gata No 260 arca-0.1580, Gata No 265, area-0.0570 Hectare situated at village- Karoha, Tehsil- Mankapur, District- Gonda from the opposite party no. 5 and 6 to take a coercive action against the opposite party no. 5 and 6. The land Gata No.433, area-0.0.1010 Hectare, Gata No. 260 area-0.1580, Gata No.265, area-0.0570 Hectare situated at village- Karoha, Tehsil-Mankapur, District-Gonda is a 'Chak Marg (Public Way)' and a public utility land. 3. Standing Counsel states that on the road, certain trees are standing, which are being processed for being sold in accordance with law. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off holding that the 'State' shall conclude the action initiated in accordance with law expeditiously.
