No.40/2015 vide Annexure-C. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: "1. The Petitioner-Corporation will consider the date of dismissal as compulsory retirement and shall be 3 entitled for the following benefits arising out of settlement. 2. He is entitled for EL in his account. 3. He is entitled for gratuity till 09/02/2011. 4. He is entitled for pass issued for retired employees.". Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 19.01.2018 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru in I.D. No.40/2015 vide Annexure-C and directing the petitioner to settle the respondent's entitlement as agreed as expeditiously as possible but within an outer limit of four[4] months from today.
