Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that the detenue has admitted that he has married to the deponent on 02.04.2025 and it has been registered on 07.04.2025 with the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow, however, he has stated that it was decided between the deteneu and the deponent that they will live together after one year.
