The prayer as sought for by the writ petitioner cannot be entertained, however, the interest of the petitioner would be protected. The sixth respondent is directed to give an opportunity to the petitioner in the event of any application for mutation of records being presented to the sixth respondent pertaining to the survey No.310/5 covered in Patta No.420, 17 Acres 50 Cents in Navalpattu Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District, and objections of the petitioner considered, before any final orders are passed. 4.
