Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- (a) “Issue writ in the nature of certiorari and Annexure P-2 and P-4 issued by respondent No.2 may kindly be quashed and set aside. (b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition to issue interim injunction restraining the respondents or their agents to implement or to execute Annexure P-2 and P-4.” 2. In view of the fact that what stands assailed by way of this writ petition, are the show cause notices which have been issued to the petitioner on the allegation that he has submitted a false affidavit seeking renewal of enlistment as a Contractor with the Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department, this writ petition is 2 disposed of with the direction that let an appropriate call on the show cause notices be taken by the Competent Authority on the basis of the reply(s) already filed thereto by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. 3. At this stage, Mr. Ajay Vaidya, Advocate submits that petitioner be given further opportunity of filing a detailed response to the show cause notices.
