This Court, vide order dated 23.12.2011, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2010 and passed necessary orders. 2 4. The respondent, in their counter-affidavit, submits that the grievance of the petitioner was adequately addressed and that the petitioner was promoted to Physical Director Grade –II. He was also posted to APSWRS/JC, Kota, SPSR Nellore District on 29.03.2012. 5. Recording the said contention, no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
