"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding / directing the opposite party No. 1 to take decision regarding posting of the petitioner against vacant post of Principal. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite party No. 1 to initiate enquiry regarding matter of the promotion of the Lecturers made on 09.12.2024 dehorse the Service Rules 2021 and allowed the Entry Pay 1,31,400/- Grade Pay Rs. 9000/- and take appropriate decision upon the representation dated 12.02.2025 preferred by the petitioner." After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance would be adequately addressed if the prayer no. 1 is considered and for that purpose, he may be permitted to submit a fresh representation which may be directed to be decided in a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to respondent no. 1 within a period of two weeks from today. Upon submission, respondent no. 1 shall consider and decide the said representation within a further period of four weeks, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
