2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to make necessary correction in respect of extent of land reflected in column No.9 in the comprised RTC extracts (Annexure-F and G).

After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and learned Additional Government Advocate, wherein, the respondent No.2, in the proceedings under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 in RA.(BNA) No.31/2015-16 vide order dated 18.06.2015 (Annexure-F), allowed the appeal preferred by the appellant therein and further civil suit is pending consideration in respect of the subject land in OS No.257 of 2013 on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural District. Though the petitioner has approached the respondent No.2, as per Annexure-A, however, the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents along with the petition seeking rectification of extent of land in the RTC extracts. It is also to be noted that the competent authority-respondent No.3 has considered the representation made by the petitioner but not the respondent No.2 and in that

view of the matter, petitioner is permitted to file an representation to the respondent No.3 with relevant documents, seeking relief sought with regard to correction of extent of land. If such a representation is made within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, same shall be considered by the respondent No.3, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. In the result, the writ petition stands
disposed of.
