She states that the allotment has already been made in favour of M/S Om Sai Constructions on 29.11.2025. Confronted with the same, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition, with liberty to file fresh, if the cause survives, otherwise. His statement is taken on record. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
