Case No. 72 of 2023) under section 151 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner against the order dated 31.5.2023 in Misc. Case No. 112/2022 "Sandeep Kumar Jaiswal Versus State of U.P.", pending since 3.7.2023, expeditiously within a stipulated period as soon as possible." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.1 to decide the Restoration application dated 3.7.2023 expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
