Now remaining 15% amount is lying in the Court only and the learned counsel requested this Court to permit the claimants to withdraw the said amount. 4 Considering the fact that the claimants have lost their lands and are waiting for compensation from the year 2019, the claimants are entitled to withdraw the remaining 15% of the amount, which already deposited by the appellants and 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis lying in the Court. 5 Acceding the request of the learned Additional Advocate General for the appellants, time is granted till 25.08.2025 to comply with the order of this Court.
