This writ of quo warranto was filed in 2018, questioning the functioning of respondent No. 4 on the post of Training and Placement Officer in G.B. Pant Engineering College, Ghurdori, District Pauri Garhwal. 3. Learned State Counsel refers to para 7 of the counter affidavit dated 17.02.2021, filed by Ms. Jharna Kamathan, Additional Secretary, Technical Education, Uttarakhand (respondent No. 1) and submits that respondent No. 4 does not hold the post of Training and Placement Officer any more. 4. In view of the stand taken by the official respondent in para 7 of the counter affidavit, this Court is of the considered opinion that the reliefs, as claimed by petitioner do not survive any longer. 5.
