Learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 submits that without conceding to the allegations so made by the petitioner, let the matter be taken up after two weeks, so that he can have appropriate instructions in the matter and in case, any remedial measures are to be taken, then he assures the Court that needful will be done.
