The petitioner claims fisheries rights in respect of Gata Nos.1131 Ka and 1258 Ka, situated at Village and Pargana Khairighat, Tehsil Nighasan, District Kheri. Such rights are settled by the procedure prescribed under the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 and the corresponding rules. As of now, there is nothing on record to show that any advertisement has been issued for holding auction to settle such rights, however, it is said that the said auction is not being held.
