This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to conduct fair and proper investigation of F.I.R. dated 25.02.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0067 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Ghazipur, District Lucknow. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, states that this writ petition has become infructuous as charge sheet has been prepared on 01.05.2025 and submitted before the supervisory authority. 4.
