II, Ambedkar Nagar to expedite the hearing of Civil Suit No. 655/1994, "Deen Dayal Vs. Ram Sumer and others" which is pending since 13-04-1994 before him, in the interest of justice. 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 1994, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit expeditiously within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
