In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the impugned order dated 19.11.2024, passed by the respondent No.4 vide Annexure-A. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23124 WP No. 1789 of 2025 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate raised preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the petition as the petitioner is having alternative and efficacious remedy, under Section 49(g) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 5. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority and to raise all the contentions as urged in the present petition, the writ petition is disposed of. It is also made clear that, the period spent by the petitioner before this court be condoned under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
