The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C/528 B.N.S.S has been filed with the following main prayer:- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to: a) Quash the Cognizance/summoning Order dated 08.07.2024 and Charge sheet dated 14.07.2022, in Case (State vs. Shashank Tripathi & Anr.) arising out of Case Crime no. 0329/2022 U/s323/504/506 IPC, P.S. Krishna nagar, Lucknow; b) Stay/Quash the proceeding of Case (State vs. Shashank Tripathi & Anr.) arising out of Case Crime no. 0329/2022 U/s323/504/506 IPC, P.S. Krishna nagar, pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VII, Lucknow; " 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the present application may be disposed of with liberty to the applicants to move a discharge application before the court concerned and if any such application is moved, the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. As such, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to move a discharge application before the court concerned. If any such application is preferred, the court concerned shall decide it expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment.
