Issue Order, direction commanding the learned court below i.e. Learned Additional Principal Judge Court No-8 District- Shrawasti for early/expeditious disposal suit bearing regular suit no.592/2024, Case title Sandhya Chauhan Vs. Vijay Singh suit under section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 to dispose of as soon as possible or stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application for early hearing, which shall be considered in accordance with the administrative guidelines of this Court.
