In all the petitioner has claimed Rs.3,33,652/- with interest at 6% per p.a. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents are present and the petitioner is also present. In terms of the settlement arrived between parties, the respondents/corporation has agreed to pay Rs.1,32,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim made by the petitioner. 4. The joint memo reads as follows. The claim made in this petition has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the writ petition may kindly be disposed of recording the settlement: 1. The corporation has agreed to pay the petitioner a lumpsum of Rs.1,32,000/- (One lakh thirty two thousand) in full and final settlement of the claim made in this petition. 2. The petitioner has agreed to receive the same in full and final settlement of the claim made in this petition. 5. The petitioner is present before this Court and submits that he has voluntarily entered into settlement.
