By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is working on the post of Teacher (LB) at Govt. Middle School, Arand, Block Fingeshwar, is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to decide his representation/ objection as the name of the petitioner has wrongly been excluded from the gradation list of the post of Teacher (LB) prepared on 01/04/2022. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the issuance of gradation list, the petitioner has submitted representations to the respondent authorities as also to the Divisional Joint Director, Department of Education, Raipur dated 14/01/2025 which is still pending and the same is not being decided till date. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State, on instruction, would submit that if the representation/objection dated 14/01/2025 submitted by the petitioner is still pending, the same shall be decided within a period of 50 days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the State, the respondent authorities/ Divisional Joint Director, Department of Education, Raipur is directed to consider and 3 / 3 decide the representation dated 14/01/2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the respondent authorities with regard to the order passed by this Court. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
