And with reference to the averments set out in para 8 thereof, she submits that in compliance to the judgment dated May 04, 2011, the representation of the petitioners was considered and rejected by the competent Authority, for, his claim to assign him seniority retrospectively from the date of his appointment was untenable under rules and a formal order in this regard was passed on March 14, 2014 (Annexure-R1). That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition, the same is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
