Respondent(s) Through: Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, Assisting Counsel to Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG Coram: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORDER 19.12.2025 The petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the interim order dated December 17, 2013 rendered in CMA No. 4038 of 2013 in SWP No. 2740 of 2013 (Javed Ahmed Vs. State of J&K and Ors.) Vide order dated December 17, 2013(ibid.), the Writ Court had disposed of the petition filed by the petitioner: “Viewed thus, the petition on hand stands disposed of without even issuing notice to the official respondents or private respondent with a direction to the official respondents to clarify/verify, as to whether Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad (U.P.) is a fake University or not and thereafter only on the basis of report in writing consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment as R-e-T for the aforesaid school. CMA No. 4038/2013 also stands disposed of.” For, the order referred to above had not been complied with, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court. The records show that notice to the respondents was issued as back as on May 29, 2014 but despite repeated opportunities, the petitioner failed to Sr.No. 15 CPOWP No. 83/2010 Page 2 of 2 submit process fee and other requisites and as a result, notice could not be issued to the respondents. Further, the matter is not being pursued by the petitioner for the past over 11 years. None is present either on his behalf even today.
