Civil Judge and JMFC, Ramanagara in C.C.No.561/2022. ii) direct the respondent to pay interim compensation of 20% of the cheque amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Twenty Five Lakhs) that is Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) to the petitioner." 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the main proceedings in C.C.No.561/2022 pending before the trial Court and posted on 25.03.2025 within a stipulated timeframe. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. The petition stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions and directing the trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.561/2022 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8123 CRL.P No. 605 of 2025 as expeditiously and possible and at any rate within a period of three [3] months from 25.03.2025.
