They were perused, whereby the claim of the plaintiff seeking the costs @ Rs.26,69,936/- (Twenty six lakhs, sixty nine thousand, nine hundred and thirty six only) appears to be reasonable and justified. Those are accordingly granted in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant. The registry shall now complete the necessary formalities for the preparation of the final decree.
