The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- 10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the petitioner services from the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pass an appropriate order for regularize the service of petitioner under the respondents. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner for his regularization within stipulated period and according with the law. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as daily rated employee in the year 1989 and his claim for regularisation has not been considered yet according to Circular dated 05.03.2008 issued by the State of Chhattisgarh. He would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent authorities and in turn, the authority concerned may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularisation strictly in accordance with Circular dated 05.03.2008. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would oppose. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Sandeep Sharma, the petition, at this juncture, is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before respondents No. 3 and 4 and the authority concerned are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularisation strictly in accordance with the Circular dated 05.03.2008 preferably within a period of 150 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
