This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.04.2025, lodged at Police Station- Kotwali Ayodhya, District - Ayodhya at Case Crime/FIR No.182 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1), 110, 118(1) of BNS and Section 3 (2) (v) of SC/ST Act as contained in Annexure -1 to this writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under law. 4.
