This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned First Information Report lodged by the opposite party No. 4 on 12.04.2025 at 19:16 hours, as First Information Report No. 98 of 2025, Under Sections- 115(2), 352, 351(3), 309(6), 306 of B.N.S., at Police Station-Hazratganj, District - Lucknow (Contained as Annexure No.-1), in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R." 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State has filed a short counter affidavit, which is taken on record. He has submitted on the basis of short counter affidavit that the investigation has been concluded and the charge-sheet was prepared and submitted before the court concerned on on 27.5.2025. 4.
